When you request a proposal, we collect the information you enter in the form, including your name, email, organization, location, service area, timeline, indicative budget, and description of the project or challenge.

Form drafts

To let you switch languages without losing what you have written, the website temporarily saves your draft in the current browser tab. Drafts are no longer restored after one hour, are deleted after a successful submission, and are not sent to Archimakers until you submit the form. Your consent is not saved in the draft.

2. Purpose

We process this information exclusively to review your inquiry, contact you, prepare a business response, and retain the records necessary for that relationship.

3. Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent and the precontractual steps you request. We retain inquiries only for as long as necessary to respond and follow up, unless a different retention period is required by law.

4. Sharing and security

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by technical providers strictly necessary for the secure operation of the website and storage of your inquiry.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or ask questions by contacting archimakers.geral@gmail.com or using the website form, identifying the inquiry concerned.

This version does not use advertising cookies. If nonessential analytics tools are introduced, we will request consent before activating them.
